What garage floor epoxy actually costs in Vero Beach
No Vero Beach installer publishes pricing. So we went looking for prices people actually paid — and found three of them, in Angi reviews. This page is everything we know, with every source named.
The three real prices
| Price paid | Source | Observed |
|---|---|---|
| $1,500 | Angi review of Indian River Epoxy LLC | July 2025 |
| $2,500 | Angi review of Indian River Epoxy LLC | July 2025 |
| $2,800 | Angi review of Indian River Epoxy LLC (reviewer "Victoria J." named the crew "Chase and Jorden") | July 2025 |
Angi customer reviews of Indian River Epoxy LLC, Vero Beach, observed July 2025. The company holds 5.0 stars across 6 reviews; free estimates are advertised but no menu pricing appears on their own channels. These are three real transactions — they are not a statistically valid average, and we won't pretend they are.
Aggregator-reported ranges (labeled, not endorsed)
The comparison sites publish Vero Beach cost ranges. Every one is aggregator-modeled, not specialist-published — read them as "the neighborhood," not as quotes:
| Source | Vero Beach range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| datahand | $582–$2,243, avg $1,401 | Its Vero Beach "epoxy flooring companies" listing is intent-mismatch — masonry companies appear as epoxy companies. The range is usable; the directory isn't. |
| Porch | $1,841–$3,131 | "Costs to Epoxy Coat Garage Floor," Vero Beach FL |
| Thumbtack | $1,870–$2,700 | Dedicated "10 Best Epoxy Flooring Contractors in Vero Beach, FL 2026" page, current as of recent crawl |
| premieredgecs (national guide) | $3–$7 per sq ft, pro-installed epoxy | National, not local — useful only for per-square-foot math |
Sources: datahand, Porch, Thumbtack, and premieredgecs pages observed during 2026 research. Aggregator ranges shift as their models update; the Angi paid prices are point-in-time reviewer reports.
What a 2-car garage works out to
A typical 2-car garage is roughly 400–500 sq ft. At the national $3–$7/sq ft epoxy rate, that's $1,200–$3,500 before local conditions. That band brackets all three observed Vero Beach prices ($1,500/$2,500/$2,800) — consistent, but not proof.
What moves a quote up or down
- Surface prep: grinding, crack repair, and oil-stain removal are labor-heavy. A floor that needs heavy prep costs more than a fresh slab. This is also where cheap jobs cut corners — see peeling and flaking diagnosis.
- Chemistry: polyaspartic and polyurea run more than basic epoxy; polyurea is commonly quoted at $4–$7/sq ft pro-installed (aggregator-sourced range).
- Finish level: solid color vs. decorative flake vs. metallic effects — the fancier the finish, the higher the ticket.
- Garage size and access: more square footage, plus anything the crew has to work around.
The price question nobody answers: polyaspartic
We found no reviewer-reported polyaspartic prices in Vero Beach. It is consistently described as the premium option over epoxy — ask for itemized quotes and compare chemistry-to-chemistry, not brand-to-brand. More on that in epoxy vs polyaspartic for Florida garages.
Our honesty policy on prices
We publish only prices we can source. If a number here can't be traced to a reviewer, an aggregator page, or a named national guide, it isn't here. If you got a quote in Vero Beach and want it added to the observed set, that channel doesn't exist yet — LEAD COLLECTION NOT ACTIVE until the pilot is approved.
